TERMS OF SERVICE:
When we opened this business we set out to be the reptile store that we as advanced hobbyists would buy from. We are proud of the animals we sell. Our policy is satisfaction based. We guarantee your satisfaction. It's that simple. We will put healthy honestly represented animals in the box when we ship. You'll be getting what you expect. All we ask is if you are for some extraordinary reason unsatisfied that you tell us what you want us to do. If we do not feel taken advantage of then we will in all likelihood do what you ask. We have so few problems that this is a cheap way to buy a good reputation. All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of the animals' arrival. No guarantees on discounted animals.
Please note: Do to a series of attempts to renegotiate prices after receipt of shipment we have added the following to our satisfaction policy. We will not re-negotiate prices after you have received the animal(s). If you are unsatisfied then we will ask you to return the animal(s). If you do not return them then you will be deemed satisfied. If they are worth keeping then they are worth the full price paid. We do not pay for vet visits other than our own here in Southern California. We will not knowingly ship an animal that needs a vet visit.
ALL WARRANTIES VOID ON DISCOUNTED ANIMALS:
It is not reasonable to ask for this AND ask for better prices. The satisfaction guarantee costs something. It is part of our asking price.
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER ERROR:
We cannot be held responsible for carrier error.
SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE: We are not responsible if nobody is available to sign for the package. Shipment dates are prearranged based upon weather and your availability to sign for the package. If nobody is present to sign for the package the carrier will retry the next day. If this happens guarantees are void.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
All orders are prepaid. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, US Postal money orders, and cash. Credit card orders get shipped at the earliest possibility based upon weather, day of the week and customer desires. We do not hold animals pending receipt of payment. For US Postal money order payments the animals will remain available for sale to cash or credit card customers until money order arrives in our facility. Sorry, we do not accept paypal.
REGARDING OUR PHOTOGRAPHS:
We try as much as we can to provide accurate photographs of the animals we sell. The color you see is the color chosen by electronics between the animal and you. That means our camera, our computer, our monitor, your computer, and your monitor all have a play in what color you see. We try to use images that look to our eye on our monitor like the animal you are buying. We have found from experimentation that some of our images look different on different monitors. It may be due to the settings or possibly the software correction provided by image programs such as "Photoshop". So far everyone has been happy with the images and animals we ship. We hope you are too!
METHOD OF SHIPPING:
We currently employ FedEx, “Priority Overnight” as our carrier. Deliveries at your home or office are generally before 10:30 AM local time.
